How to add food to your mental health toolkit in lockdown

Lockdown struggles are different for all of us. Some are struggling with their mental health so I thought I’d share my experience with anxiety and depression and how I developed a mental health toolkit to stay calm and well - chief among them, food. I explain how I came across the importance of food for mental wellbeing and give my five tips that have been helpful in lockdown.
